The Port of Skagen is an active business port with status as the biggest fishing port in Denmark. We are a port of international class, dedicated to creating an optimum frame for our customers

Fishing is the core of the Port of Skagen and thus part of the DNA of the port and of Skagen. The Port of Skagen is the biggest fishing port in Denmark and 25 per cent of the total landing value across all Danish ports is landed in the port. We wish to support the development of fishing and the fishing industry, and we are expanding the port to create even better facilities. Our business structure centres on four core business areas: Fishing & processing, maritime service, cargo & bunkering and cruise & experience economy. We want to be a growth engine creating an optimum frame for commercial growth and development in cooperation with stakeholders and customers. We have the will to expansion and we have started the third stage of the expansion of the port. We focus on creating space for development and new business areas for all who want to exploit the unique position of the Port of Skagen at one of the world’s busiest straits and an optimum location in relation to the fishing grounds in the North Sea, Skagerrak and Kattegat.
